The [NHC](https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/) says there are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic, Caribbean, or Gulf, and the 8 PM EDT outlook (Fri Sep 11) says formation is not expected over the next 7 days. So no advisories, tracks, or watches/warnings anywhere in the basin. The only system NHC is advising on is Tropical Storm Norbert in the Eastern Pacific: 16.8N 125.7W, moving west at 14 mph, 65 mph winds, 996 mb, well offshore with no coastal watches or warnings."
