The [NHC](https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/) says there are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic, Caribbean, or Gulf, and its 8 PM EDT outlook (Sep 11) says formation is not expected in the next 7 days, so no advisories, tracks, or watches/warnings there. The only system NHC has advisories on is Tropical Storm Norbert in the Eastern Pacific, near 16.8N 125.7W, moving west at 14 mph with 65 mph winds and 996 mb, far offshore with no coastal watches or warnings."
