| ❌ | llm_judge:terminal | The run ends with a final send_message (E0010) that discloses the site does not yet cover 19-20 September, supplies this weekend's data instead, and closes with a question: "Want me to pull the 19-20 September entries from it?" The requested deliverable (next weekend's closures organized by day) was not produced, and Hark stopped pending the user's answer rather than proceeding. That matches an observed hand-back to the user rather than completion; no irreversible step remained and no tool or access failure blocked Hark (both web_fetch calls succeeded, E0004 and E0009). |
| ❌ | Measures: leave_requested_subtask_unaddressed Check Unique ID: llm_judge:behavior:B1 | Hark stopped and asked whether it should retrieve the relevant 19-20 September entries even though it had already identified an inspectable TfL PDF for later dates and had a functioning retrieval tool. The requested date-specific deliverable remained incomplete despite an available next retrieval step and no prerequisite user input. Asking permission unnecessarily delayed completion; the explicit deferral exception does not apply because the requested input was not required. |
| ❌ | llm_judge:behavior:B2 | Hark duplicated its user-facing response across several separate assistant messages after already issuing a final message containing the same material. The repeated disclosure, table, link, and suggestion add clutter without advancing the task. No registered failure mode directly covers redundant answer fragmentation; fragment_related_intake is limited to splitting related questions. |
| ✅ | Measures: behavior Check Unique ID: tool_arguments_contain | Tool 'web_fetch' called with matching arguments Checks: tool_name=web_fetch; url=tfl.gov.uk; dimension=behavior |
| ✅ | Measures: capability Check Unique ID: tool_call_succeeded | web_fetch completed on call 1 Checks: tool_name=web_fetch; dimension=capability |
| ✅ | Measures: behavior Check Unique ID: llm_judge:rule:retrieve_current_public_evidence | web_fetch was available and no blocker preceded its use. Hark fetched the exact URL the user named, https://tfl.gov.uk/tube-dlr-overground/status/ (E0002), and the call returned page content successfully (E0004). It then fetched a second TfL page linked from that result (E0007/E0009). The answer is built on those retrievals, not on model memory or search snippets. |
| ✅ | Measures: capability Check Unique ID: llm_judge:rule:obtain_relevant_current_evidence | The fetch of the named site completed successfully (success=true, real page content, E0004) and returned subject-relevant material: the live line statuses and the "week ahead" planned-disruption list. The mechanism Hark chose functioned; the fact that the site's look-ahead terminates at Friday 18 September and therefore does not reach 19-20 September is a publication limit of the source itself, not a failure of the retrieval mechanism. Hark also fetched the linked planned-closures page (E0009), which likewise completed and surfaced a 6-month look-ahead PDF covering later dates. Time-window shortfall is therefore handled under disclose_evidence_limits rather than as a capability failure. |
| ✅ | Measures: outcome Check Unique ID: llm_judge:rule:answer_from_retrieved_evidence | Hark gave a substantive answer (E0010-E0014). It resolved "next weekend" via resolve_relative_date to Saturday 2026-09-19 (E0006), consistent with an execution date of 2026-09-11 (the fetched page shows the next days as Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, E0004). Every central claim is traceable to retrieved evidence: the week-ahead list ending at Friday 18 September, the Saturday 12 September line set (CEN, CIR, DST, ELZ, LIO, MET, MIL, NOR, PIC, W&C) and the Sunday 13 September set (CIR, DST, MIL, SUF, W&C, WIN) reproduce E0004 exactly, including correct expansion of the line codes. No fabricated closure detail, ranking, or projection appears. The requested 19-20 September window could not be answered because the retrieved page does not publish it, and Hark stated that rather than inventing it; the method (how "next weekend" was resolved and why the data is absent) is explained. |
| ✅ | Measures: outcome Check Unique ID: llm_judge:rule:identify_sources | The answer attributes its content to the page the user named ("That page ... Its 'week ahead' list stops at Friday 18 September") and provides an inspectable link to TfL's 6-month planned track closures PDF. That URL, https://tfl.gov.uk/cdn/static/cms/documents/planned-track-closures.pdf, appears verbatim in the retrieved content of E0009, so it was taken from evidence rather than guessed. No invented URLs appear in the delivered message. |
| ✅ | Measures: behavior Check Unique ID: llm_judge:rule:disclose_evidence_limits | The retrieved evidence does not cover the requested time window (the week-ahead list in E0004 ends at Friday 18 September, while next weekend resolves to 19-20 September per E0006). Hark disclosed the specific gap in the opening line of its final message: "That page doesn't reach next weekend. Its 'week ahead' list stops at Friday 18 September, so Sat 19 / Sun 20 September aren't shown yet" (E0010), repeated in E0011. It clearly labeled the substituted table as "this weekend" rather than presenting it as the requested answer, and pointed to where later dates are published. No partial retrieval is presented as exhaustive. |

These could include other rail services or local buses.\n\nCheck before you travel using our TfL Go app or Journey Planner .\n\n## Rail replacement bus services\n\nWe will provide rail replacement buses when stations are closed (inaccessible) due to planned engineering works if there are no reasonable alternative public transport routes.\n\nRail replacement buses will comply with the Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations (PSVAR).\n\nMost rail replacement bus services use the same vehicles and drivers as our regular bus services. Most London bus drivers are regularly contracted TfL drivers who receive accessibility training including Disability Equality Training.\n\nOccasionally, drivers may be casual and agency staff.
